Who We Are
Rebecca Kaminski
Co-Founder
Rebecca lives with her young family in the southern tier of Western New York. The entire family enjoys showing cows and camping together. Rebecca has a background in early childhood education and is a seasoned ag educator. Her favorite ag education activity is Moo-na Lisa!
Bethany Beechler
Co-Founder
Bethany is a life-long Western New Yorker. Her and her young family enjoy the farm life and are always on the go. With a sales and marketing background, she has dedicated the majority of her adult life advocating for agriculture, especially for her local dairy farmers.
Holly Niefergold
Holly comes from a family dairy in the southern tier of Western New York. She brings a burst of energy to our organization. Fresh out of college, she just graduated from SUNY Cobleskill with a degree in Ag Business. She is marrying her high school sweetheart this fall and will be living on their family dairy farm. Holly has worked and volunteered in the dairy education industry since she was very young.
Lisa Charpowicz
Lisa Chrapowicz is a dedicated educator and author from Buffalo, NY. Holding an M.Ed. in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, and Teaching from the University at Buffalo, Lisa brings extensive expertise to her work. A strong educational business development professional with a passion for storytelling, Lisa transitioned into children's literature. Her teaching background and love for animals fuel her creative stories for young readers. Lisa strives for relatable content that inspires curiosity, sparks imagination, and nurtures a lifelong enthusiasm for reading and learning in children. With engaging characters and storylines, Lisa's books promote social-emotional growth and childhood wonder.
